Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the iterative process of testing a conversion funnel in order to obtain the most value from its traffic. In simpler words – running tests on a live site in order to increase the number of users taking desired action.
In my experience, any successful CRO program is fueled by user experience research, competitive analyses, and organizational buy-in.
My Conversion Rate Optimization tests win 247% more often than industry average (12 %- 15%).
Each test leads to an average 32% increase of key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes metrics from winning, losing, and inconclusive tests.
In 2020 I performed 101 CRO Tests on organic websites and landing pages, spanning a variety of site types and business verticals.
